We have just returned from a great weekend atThe Richmoor. Great time had by all, especially the Faulty Towers experience.h Hilarious !! Will be going back in October. And for all you negative reviewers, either use another hotel or, better still, get a sense of humour. It's not the Ritz but just a friendly family run seaside hotel!! Clean rooms,... More

We have just returned from a fabulous weekend at this hotel. Loraine and her staff were extremely friendly and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were lovely and the Fawlty towers themed night was absolutely hilarious! We did not stop laughing the whole weekend! Brilliant.

My wife and I stayed here last week having booked by phone. Originally we were going to buy a Wowcher deal at a very good rate. As we couldn't make it on the voucher dates, the hotel were good enough to let us have the same rate for more convenient dates at the same rates. uI asked before booking about... More

I really can't understand the previous reviews of this place. We found ourselves without accommodation yesterday early evening following a double booking at the hotel we should have been at. The Richmoor had a room, which we took, with trepidation, but basically, it was that, or nothing! The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and offered to help with our luggage.... More

Stayed at the Richmoor Hotel for two nights recently. The room was so small that we could stand in the middle and touch both sides! The double bed was less than four foot wide and we were unable to both fit on it. The room was tired, dusty and the bathroom not cleaned properly. If you stood in front of... More

Just spent 3 nights as a family of 6 adults needing 4 rooms, they were all comfortable and clean although in need of re-decorating.
