Was upgraded to a platinum 2 bed caravan that was lovely and clean complete with central heating and ensuite. The location of caravan was very handy for shop and swimming pool etc. The park itself is very tidy and well maintained but they could put some money into the crazy golf its very tired and the evening entertainment was a... The park was lovely and the caravan was large and clean most of the staff were also friendly however, the crazy golf was a joke it was tiny and was just a bunch of coloured bricks, was also very badly located next to the open grass/football pitch. We did archery which was also very small and only had two targets/bows/arrows... More

The site is always clean the groundsmen are always around cutting the grass or generally keeping the grounds looking great. The funstars are brilliant, Stuart was my little boys favourite funstar and Stuart was kind... More

Caravan was really clean and the standard of service given by John and trish was excellent. We had a brilliant holiday and have already booked again. It's great value for money and all the caravans are comfortable and clean.

Stayed here for 4 nights in a 3 bedroom cottage on edge of park adjacent to church. Lovely clean site with all amenities within easy walking distance - Bowleaze Cove about 20 mins walk. Only drawback, if you have children, is the fact that to get to restaurant, pool or entertainment room you have to go through arcade - bit... More

We were back again in July for our 8th consecutive visit, this time with relatives from abroad. We only added our overseas visitors to the guest list at the last minute, but this wasn't a problem at all. This took our total to 8 people, but even this was in no way detrimental to our comfort and enjoyment of our... More

Stayed here for a family weekend away from 15-18th August. The reception staff were lovely and friendly and check in was very quick although we couldn't actually get into the caravan until 3.30pm due to cleaning. Location on East Lawn was a perfect 5 minutes from the main complex which is located opposite the entrance/exit. We had 2 meals and... More

Caravan was a basic bronze version but the standard was better than a gold at Coombe haven by miles. The staff were friendly and the environment was perfect for all age groups. Spectacular views as you enter the park too. The entertainment was 5 star...we laughed every night and they really picked up the whole family during our bitter sweet... More

When we arrived staff were friendly but as we don't drive the walk to the caravan with cases was quite a distance! The entertainment was brilliant and the food and drink was great value. If you are in the ascot end beware the church bells which ring every 15 mins and on Sunday and Monday they practise ringing the bells... More
