You get what you pay for, but we were surprised at our very comfortable room. Clean, en-suite, quiet = perfect. The view from the window was classic backyard England! But we weren't staying there for the view. Great people running this B&B, huge breakfast. Thanks guys!

The rooms were small and were very noisy at night. Needs updating and not worth the money paid. Parking was a nightmare as other cars had to be moved if you wanted to take car out. Only good point was cooked breakfast.

This is a decent two star and the owners are clearly committed to giving their guests good service. The room was very clean and had all the amenities that you would need with good WiFi reception, reasonable quality towels and bed linen. They also use good quality ingredients in their breakfasts which are fresh and very quickly served. Unfortunately the room was... More

Stayed there with my family (4 adults) and we made do with the family room, which had a double bed and a bunk bed. Read up on their website that they are a 2 star accommodation and expected it to be really basic. Room rate includes really good and filling English breakfast, which is made to order. Staff are friendly... More

We booked this guest house by knocking on the door and asking if there were rooms! It is a good price for a good location to Weymouth's beach, Pavilion, Old Harbour, shops, restaurants etc. It had parking outside and the price included breakfast which suited us completely. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was ensuite and had a... More

We stayed here for two nights after booking it ,as a 3 star B&B on an internet site. Upon arrival our hearts sank as on first impressions it looked very run down, had only 2 stars and was in an unappealing position. At that point had we not already paid 50% of our overall bill we would have just driven... More

Stayed for second time, due to great location, 2 mins from sea front. The staff were very helpful, even installing a fan in our room on hotter days. Breakfast service and quality was very good with a range of options offered. The Parking offered is a great bonus for this place. We would defiantly stay again in the future.

Friendly staff, clean room, lovely breakfast. Only 5 minute walk from the seafront. We ordered off the menu most mornings from bacon sandwiches to poached eggs on toast. The breakfast room was well laid with tea and coffee, fresh orange juice, cereal and lots of jam and marmalade for your toast. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely family run guest house, on arrival made to feel very welcome, they took you to your room and showed you around. Double room was very clean and tidy, we had clean towels, bed made and tea and coffee replenished every day. Breakfast was very good. ideal location right by bus station and train station parking if needed. 3 minutes... More
