The views from this campsite are stunning! As others have said there are two toilet blocks, once much newer than the other (although they are both very clean) and it's worth camping near the older one for the views. Sunset over Chesil Beach is beautiful. The campsite is on a slight hill but there are plenty of flat spots to... More

We visited this sight for a three night break and were pleasantly surprised how good the site is . The toilet block is clean as are the grounds . We arrived pre booked and the shop was closed so pitched up and booked in when shop opened and yes we were given a list of rules all pretty standard stuff... More

Great location in terms of views and it's joined to 2 other campsites, but a little out of Weymouth. One of the facilities blocks (near entrance) was great ... Modern, clean, showers, toilets, sinks, family bathrooms, laundry room and washing sinks. However, the other facility block needed updating and was a bit grim! Good pitches all round, plenty of space... More

Thanks for your comments and glad you enjoyed your stay. The new facilities block is certainly the posher of the two and exceeds the requirements of the park's overall AA three pennant rating by some way. The other, more traditional block, is also covered by the AA inspection and complies with it's three pennant rating and is serviced several times... More

My Brother and I visited the site for three nights. The site was very clean and tidy. The new shower block is excellent but not sure about the old one. It was very peaceful but then there was not many plots taken. Would recommend to friends who also Kayak as its in a great location. Bought the Three day WiFi... More

Thank you for your comments. We're really pleased you enjoyed your stay. On the WIFI issue, coverage can depend on where on the park you were located and what device you were using. Some areas and some devices work better than others. The park is also limited by the bandwidth it has available itself. Because it is in one of... More

We have camped for years and have never had such a lack of welcome and unfriendly treatment before at any site. This was from all the staff on site (from the reception staff to the cleaners) I had the distinct impression that by allowing me to give the campsite my money they were doing me a favour! The looooong list... More

Sea Barn Farm is a popular family camping park in a stunning location. It attracts a wide range of customers from families with young children to outdoor pursuits enthusiasts and couples young and old. The site's rules for orderly conduct are well-publicised and unambiguously worded. This is to ensure that all visitors are quite clear about what the owners and... More

Stunning location, well off the beaten track with lovely coastal walks on your doorstep, as well as all the attractions and things to do in Weymouth. Some pitches have sea views, although I was restricted in choice due to many pitches being waterlogged and so not suitable for my campervan. I found the lady at reception very friendly, chatty and... Thanks for your comments and glad you enjoyed your stay. The park rules are, as you have noted, fairly standard and we accept that they are worded unambiguously. This is wholly intentional so that it is absolutely clear to everyone what they mean and what is expected. For the vast majority of the park's visitors the site rules present no... More

We chose this site purely because we needed a base near Weymouth, but were pleasantly surprised by both the beautiful sea views and the first-class site. The new shower block is excellent - my 6 and 8 year old loved having showers here and went twice a day, they so enjoyed the experience! Floors and basins looked clean 95% of... More

Thanks for your comments and really pleased you and your children enjoyed your stay despite the rain. The recent wet weather has been a bit of a challenge for the pitches, the cleaning team and ground staff, so it's good to hear that their efforts are appreciated. More

We stayed for two nights in May and overall did enjoy the campsite. Pitches are generous, absolutely stunning views and new toilet/ shower block closer to reception modern and very clean (best I have seen so far). It would have been strong 5 stars but...lady at reception/ shop is rather off putting and I fully agree with all the other... More

We stayed over the May Bank/hol wkend with our 4 children & my sister & her family. It was a beautiful location, although we found it difficult to find! The sat nav took us way past entrance & the sign to Sea Barn Farm was small & we completely missed it! We arrived after the shop/office had closed so went... More

Thanks for your comments. Sorry to hear your Sat Nav didn't get you precisely where you thought you were going. This is not uncommon in rural areas, where postcode areas can be quite big. In this area sat nav companies have even been known to include roads that don't exist, so it's worth looking at a map before you leave!... More
