Our second visit to the Ashmira. The owners are very attentive and eager to please, nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is well maintained and very clean. The rooms are comfortable, clean and well fitted. The breakfast is first class, excellent range to choose from and all hot food is cooked to order. The lounge is spacious, comfortable and... More

Great room in a convenient location booked at short notice for overnight stay whilst walking the SWCP between Abbotsbury and Lulworth Cove - spotlessly clean, power shower, very comfortable beds and delicious breakfast to boot. Hosts Debbie and Roger were extremely helpful and friendly with advice on where to eat and tips for making the walk easier and were absolutely... More

Spent a lovely weekend in Weymouth, the Ashmira was a lovely base, stands apart from other local B&B's. The welcome was lovely felt at home straight away we went for the executive room and it was definitely worth the additional cost, the room was perfect and very comfortable lovely relaxing romantic break.

Very good B&B: free on site parking, location a few minutes' walk from the sea and restaurants, a warm welcome, good and generous breakfast, stylish room with large en-suite and comfortable bed. Guests' lounge with honesty bar.

My husband and I stayed here for one night over the weekend, and found this a great place. The room was advertised as small, and while it was, it was certainly large enough, and most importantly it was comfortable and clean. The owner, Roger, was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast in the morning was great, with a lot... More

We've just had four brilliant days at the Ashmira. A wonderful text giving directions before we left and a great welcome when we arrived. We had the executive room on the second floor, spacious, comfy, spotless and very well equipped. The breakfast was to die for with everything imaginable, a variety of choices and even a beautiful fresh fruit salad.... More

My wife and I had a great stay at the Ashmira. Roger and Debbie are great hosts. The breakfast was excellent and set us up for the day. The location is excellent with Ashmira being walking distance from the beach and close to Weymouth town centre. Would definitely return.

Just back from a weekend in Weymouth where we stayed at The Ashmira. The hotel is very comfortable, clean and quiet, in spite of being on the main road. The owner, Roger, is extremely helpful with information about local restaurants and places of interest, such as West Bay. He even has maps drawn out for easy routes to Abbotsbury. The... More
