From the outside the hotel looks impressive and stylish. Unfortunately thats abbout all the praise i can give it. The lady checking us in was very nice, its a shame she doesn't own or run the hotel as the other staff are surly and rude. We stayed 3 nights in a twin room, one chair only, quite small room. Good electric heating, you neen this in september in the hills. Beds and pillows very poor.Quite short of staff.
