In fact we rang the bell (marked 'ring for attention') which appeared to do nothing. After looking in... more

We came to the Old Well by accident as most other places were fully booked and this seemed to be the only one with one room left - it was worth the wait - the room was large and comfortable and also really quiet. the food was excellent, Roling Stones playing in the background which made a nice change for... more

Huge room with 2 single beds and 2 seater settee which is a change from sitting on the bed. Nice breakfast. Evening meal pretty average. Good for overnight stay. more

Its really more of a pub, a very friendly pub after one night we felt and were treated like locals, with rooms, rather than an out and out hotel. But what rooms ours was huge with an enormous sleigh bed. It faced the road but... more

This is basically a pub on the high street and we were very dissapointed with the accomodation. The bedroom was large and the bed very comfortable, but the bathroom was a real let down - very dated and fittings falling off the wall. On the plus side the food was excellent and the staff friendly. The only parking is on... more
