Things started quite well, the website makes one expect a diamond in the rough, hidden away where you'd never expect a top end hotel. Had a fantastic stay at Jersey Farm Hotel. Stayed in a four poster room and it was fabulous with a whirlpool bath! :) Didn't eat in the restaurant but had room service delivered. Food arrived quickly and was fresh and delicious. Breakfast in the morning also lovely. Staff very friendly. Will definitely stay there again. more

Went to visit the hotel on a friends recommendation, thinking it was going to be in the middle of nowhere right up until the day after we visited. Mooooooo - gwt down on the farm with this bizarre cow-themed hotel and function rooms. Strange cow-hide lookalike seating in lobby, cow markings on loo walls and stylized horns as coat hooks. Mmmmmm?? Quirky but WHY oh why is it even here... ? Had a room in the converted barn next door..which meant a walk across the windy car park.... more
