Fantastic welcome from Karen with freshly baked scones and biscuits on arrival. The room we stayed in had stunning views and was immaculately clean. Very, very peaceful. We look forward to staying again.

Just spent 4 nights at Lily Hill Farm. Karen was a very good host serving up delicious breakfast with good choices. We had twin bedded room which was very comfortable. Would recommend this place as being a good place to stay. We would definitely go back there.

We stayed for 3 nights, Karen and Frank were very welcoming and made us feel at home, the b&b only has 2 rooms and my parents stayed in the other one, which was really nice, the views from the bedroom windows were amazing, the rooms are a decent size and very comfortable, the breakfast was one of the nicest I've... We had a lovely stay . Breakfast was brilliant and we had everything we needed in our lovely bedroom. Would definitely go back. Very friendly. Homemade biscuits were a nice touch and we had a lovely view from our windows where there was a swallows nest. Much to our delight

What fantastic hosts Karen and Frank are. So friendly and welcoming. The room was enormous and the bed as comfortable as you could wish for. Milk provided in a little flask and the opportunity to get more if needed. The views are to die for. Rolling hills and at night a starry sky we don't get here in light polluted... More

We stayed one night and would happily have stayed longer. Karen gave us a friendly warm welcome and the home made scones were very welcome after our long journey. The farm is very peaceful and the views from our double room were lovely. Lots of choice for breakfast and all in all a really nice stay. We will definitely return... More

It was a shame we could only stay one night. We loved everything about lily hill farm. Location, beautiful countryside, friendly welcome, blissful night's sleep and splendid breakfast. Plenty of choice for dinner nearby. Planning a longer visit next time!
