Having just returned from a weekend stay at this hotel I must say how pleased I was. The hotel was clean , tidy and homely.I had a room overlooking Bideford Bay.The service was very good particularly during breakfast. Friendly ,helpfull staff all you need in a room for a short to medium stay.Good size bar and restaurant for a hotel of that size ,some rooms with excellent views over the river.Only minor irratation, no phone connection between rooms as we traveled in a party this meant we had to walk to get messages to everyone. more
