Very picturesque location Very good food Peaceful and quiet at night Good value for money. On the minus side-room was a bit old fashioned TV old type and old Radio that hardly picked up any channels Too many blankets on bed for august No smell of freshness upstairs. Would stay again though. more

An enjoyable stay for 4 nights - great food, with a wonderful view of the estuary from the restaurant. The hospitable and friendly atmosphere in this family-run hotel more than makes up for its slightly 'tired' appearance. more

I stayed at this hotel in September 2006 The room was on the second floor giving a nice view overlooking over the river. It was a huge spacious area but all the furniture and fittings were both old and shabby with nothing matching.
