The New Inn in the lovely little village of Clovelly, near Bideford, is simply one of the nicest places I have ever stayed in. Stunning location, friendly locals, great food and an excellent room (The Giffard Room) with an awesome sea view to enjoy from the pretty window seat. Our only regret was that we spent just one night here.... more

I loved this hotel - me and my boyfriend have stayed here twice now, and wouldn't hesitate to return. On both visits, we have stayed in the annex of the hotel which is across the road from the main building.
