My partner and I have just returned from a bank holiday break at huish moor, and were more than happy with our stay in this delightful farmhouse. We had a warm welcome with cream tea and settled into our lovely room with ensuite - it was very quiet and private, everywhere spotlessly clean, even fresh flowers ( large bunch of... More

I'm a regular here (3 times a year) and always receive a very warm welcome from Tim and Angi, together with spotless, comfortable rooms and excellent breakfasts. The needs of fishermen operating at antisocial hours are well catered for and Tim is an expert angling guide. Lovely location and I recommend it most highly.

Lovely country cottage with great views over the moor from the guests' living room. It was very quiet, and the bedroom was lovely. Angi and Tim were very helpful and friendly, with lots of advice about the local places to visit, and where to eat. The breakfasts were great, with homemade bread, jams and marmalade. Huish Moor is handy for... More

We were made to feel very welcome by both Angi & Tim from the first instance. The location was idyllic, the accommodation was first rate and the breakfasts were something else, we couldn't have faulted anything, Angi & Tim were the perfect hosts. Would we recommed this place? You bet!

Just back from my umpteenth visit to Huish Moor, a warm and welcoming, comfortable B&B with fluffy towels and tasty breakfasts. This is an ideal base for visiting North Devon coast, gardens and country houses as well as for salmon and sea trout fishing (with or without host Tim's expert guiding) on the River Taw. Angi's cooking is delicious and... More

As my children were away for Mother's Day, my husband decided to treat me to a weekend in Devon. The little bed and breakfast he booked was absolutely perfect. Huish Moor is set on a hillside with stunning views across rolling countryside. We were lucky with the weather and managed both a beach walk and a visit to Exmoor. Breakfasts... More

A B&B where one likes to go to, not only because the bed as well as the breakfast are good -which they most certainly are- but also because the entire atmosphere is so attractive. The house itself, the surrounding garden, the vieuw and last but not least, the very friendly owners. The place is somewhat remote (which we like), but... More

I spent two glorious days staying at Huish Moor, where Tim and Angi were the perfect hosts. It's a really lovely house in a beautiful location with dreamy views down to the mouth of the Taw. Breakfast was a treat both days and most importantly I slept like an absolute log - surely a good sign wherever you are staying.... More

A beautiful bed and breakfast set in an idyllic location with fantastic views. Angi and Tim make you feel right at home from the start of your visit with a cream tea on arrival. The rooms are clean and comfortable and Angi’s breakfasts are consistently superb! We will definitely be back next year!
