Great place to stay as a base for exploring the forest and attractions within an hours drive. The staff were very attentive. We ate in the brasserie and the food was nice, but we wanted to try other restaurants in the area so we only ate there once. more

Set in the New Forest, it has beautiful surroundings. The room we had was comfortable. The staff were attentive and the food in the brasserie was surprisingly good. It is a good base from which to explore the New Forest. We would go back again should we plan to visit the area. more

Lovely situated hotel with many distinguising architectural features. Good base for touring the area with many interesting places to visit.
