My wife an I stayed just a day and a night at the Careys Manor Hotel - a rare weekend break without the children - and enjoyed every minute. The manor rooms are nice but given they are facing onto the reception hall, they can get some noise... especially if there is a wedding going on as the reception area turns into a bit of an overflow bar area.
