This was one of the strangest B&B's we have stayed in.....the room was just fantastic & the bed amazingly comfortable but....although our host was contactable by phone we did not see anybody and the B&B was faceless thereby not very personal. The main point for us was that we were under the assumption that we had paid for Bed &... More

My sister and I count ourselves very lucky to have found this wonderful b&b. The location being so close to the rail station and bus network (within walking distance), was perfect for us as neither of us drive. The number of tea shops and restaurants in the town well, we were spoilt for choice. The owner, Tracy, was a font... More

Spotlessly clean B&B, with a friendly and helpful proprietor for whom nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed the freedom to come and go as we pleased without any of the petty restrictions that are sometimes in place in B&Bs. Homely touches included homemade biscuits and cakes on arrival, and the opportunity to arrive and let ourselves in (via the... More

This lovely b&b was just perfect for our 4 night stay. Feels nice and homely when when you walk in. Very handy that you enter the house using a door code, leaving you to come and go freely. Our family room was clean, warm and spacious. Breakfast was delicious with a selection of cold meats, salmon, cereals, fruit, yoghurts and... More

We booked this getaway last minute for my boyfriends birthday and it didn't disappoint. Its a 2 minute walk from Brockenhurst station so perfect for weekenders getting the train who want to make the most of their time. Location wise it's in the centre of Brockenhurst so all the amenities are a short walk away and Brockenhurst itself is in... More

Our room was lovely - a great shower and really comfy bed. The whole house is very vintage and has lots of homely touches, like a piano that guests can play, lots of books to browse and delicious breakfast and afternoon tea. Tracy was a perfect hostess, giving us lots of helpful advice about the New Forest, cycle hire and... More

Great location, about a 2 minute walk from the station, and right across the road to a pub. The rooms have a very quaint and vintage feel to them (Like your nan's house) but very clean and with a modern bathroom. Home made meats, cheese and bread for breakfast was fantastic, and afternoon tea every day was a welcome treat... More

This B&B was lovely - spacious comfy room, nice shower and delicious breakfasts (and afternoon tea!!). Tracy was a great hostess, helping us decide what to do each day and telling us all about the New Forest. Thank you Tracy - we will definitely return!

Tracy accepted me and my dog at late notice and put us in my choice of room. The Ducking Stool was spacious yet cosy, with an excellent shower and really good double glazing cutting out all sound from the nearby railway works. I slept extremely well and awoke feeling very much at home. On hearing I was expecting friends to... More

Fab little find in a lovely part of the World. A warm friendly welcome, scrumptious breakfasts, topped off with home made cakes for afternoon area. A real home from home. Tracy wasn't there on my arrival but she had contacted me a couple of days before the visit providing me with full instructions of which room we were in, where... More
