Staying here really feels like staying at the home of a friend. Lucy & Sid are great hosts and the whole cottage just feels homey. We stayed 2 nights at the end of our 2 week tour of Scotland. We were very weary of driving on the wrong (for us!) side of the road and not up for any more... More

Lucy and Sid are very welcoming, The weather was beautiful the day we stayed there and we sat out in their lovely garden area (they have a large back yard) to have some wine in the late afternoon! You can easily walk into town. Great breakfast as Sid is a chef! We had the room with the exposed original stone... More

This was the first time myself and my partner have ever stayed in a B&B as we usually stay in large hotels etc. We were rather reluctant to stay in a B&B as we like privacy, however the Roslin cottage exceeded our expectations with the service, care and privacy (when wanted) provided throughout our stay. The room was spacious and... More

We have just enjoyed a 3 night stay at Roslin Cottage. Lucy and Sid make you feel very welcome in their home. Our bed was enormous and so comfortable. The choice at breakfast was the best we have ever known, and Sid's cooking was amazing. We have no hesitation in recommending Roslin Cottage.

We spent our first night in Scotland at Roslin cottage, and it was certainly a nice welcome the one we had. The room was lovely and quiet, slept like a log. Nice walk back home after dinner and a pint. Really tasty breakfast with rhubarb from the back garden and locally sourced produce. Lucy and Sid were lovely and recommended... More

I don't have a single negative about Roslin Cottage, Lucy & Sid are the perfect hosts, our room was beautiful, clean and comfortable, with a spa bath and plenty of toiletries, all the hot drinks selection you could ask for, really a perfect B&B. A short walk to pubs and restaurants, and the best breakfast by far, we will definitely... More
