Our recent one-night stay at Roslin Cottage was a real delight. Despite being on a fairly busy road the cosy, if smallish, rooms at Roslin Cottage (it is a real a cottage after all) are well designed and decorated with excellent bathrooms and Roslin Cottage has a lovely guest lounge in which to stretch out. The windows to the road... more

Arrived to a warm and friendly welcome from Lucy Great breakfast usually cooked by Sid well cooked and kept you going if like us were out walking! Room very clean and comfortable. Easy to find and plenty of space to park. We will definitely return if in the area. Thank you Sid and Lucy! Julie and David. more

After a long drive down from Dornie we arrived at Roslin Cottage wee bit earlier than planned. When we booked had been told that our day of arrival was market day and if no-one was there we were to telephone them. When we did so we were told where to find the key and to go in and make ourselves... more

We just had the one night at Roslin Cottage on our way to Fort William, it was a lovely find and we will go back. The welcome from Sid & Lucy was superb and we soon felt at home. The breakfast platter was excellent, none of our subsequent breakfast's lived up to it! Our room was spotless, with coffee making... more

My husband and I spent two nights with Sid and Lucy recently and will stay again if we find ourselves back in Scotland. The B&B is easy to find on the way into Callander, with parking available at the pub next door. Sid was working in the garden out back when we arrived but had left a note on the... more

Thank you Lucy & Sid for making the weekend we stayed at Roslin Cottage such an enjoyable one. After a pleasant but cold walk into Callander to visit the many interesting shops it was nice to be invited into your sitting room and warm ourselves infront of a lovely log fire. J & K, Yorks. more

Our first trip to Scotland, and they made it absolutely magical. We had a few travel gliches, they were very flexible, breakfast was to die for each morning, and the pub right next door, brilliant. We're going back in 09. Sid and Lucy are the best. more

We have just returned from a trip to Scotland and booked a night at Roslin Cottage in Callander. Our hosts, Sid and Lucy, could not have been more welcoming. The ensuite bedroom was spot on. Unlimited refreshments were available, with the the instruction that if we ran out of milk there was more in the fridge in the kitchen. Having... more

We stayed with Sid and Lucy at Roslin Cottage for the first two nights of our vacation to Scotland. It was just the kind of introduction to real Scottish hospitality that we had hoped for. Our room was very nice and the king bed very comfortable. Of course, the big Scottish breakfast was wonderfully prepared and quite ample. In fact,... more

We stayed here for one night, and were very impressed. The room we stayed in was spacious and stylishly decorated - it felt very homely. The breakfast was the best we had in our week in Scotland - really nicely cooked! The cottage is located on the edge of Callander, we drove into the town centre (a very short drive),... more
