Thanks to the lovely staff at this hotel we enjoyed a fantastic Easter walking break in the Trossachs. Check in was friendly and efficient. What a shame, this hotel could be beautiful but the overall feeling was of total neglect. The food was quite nasty, overcooked veg and some very strange concoctions. (Stir fry with roast potatoes!!)
