A very comfortable hotel in beautiful grounds. The food was good too, although breakfast could have been a bit more inventive. Wonderful lounges with log fires. The gardens are a treat. We picnicked by the river. Only big minus: don't advertise free Internet in every room if you only provide it in the very small reception area.

5 star in every way, book in and enjoy the very best hospitality available, staff, cuisine, comfort, surroundings, style, all unsurpassed. Riverside garden is charming for a relaxing stroll pre dinner. Unforgettable stay. We look forward to our next visit.
