Stayed at Crags Hotel for one night. Had room 8 with the bay window overlooking the street. Very cosy, lovely breakfast, friendly owner. Wonderful series of Rolling Stones photos in the stairwell. Would have liked to stay an extra night!

We stayed here on the way to the highlands. The rooms are comfortable, warm with a great bathroom and tea/coffee facilities. Don't be deterred by the fact it is also a pub, we didn't hear any bar noise and were able to sleep soundly. The breakfast was also very nice, a full Scottish breakfast that included tea and coffee.

We decided to do a trip to the north of Scotland and stopped over at the Crags Hotel for one night. We absolutely loved it: the staff and the owners were really friendly and helpful, the breakfast was amazing (thanks for the Kippers!) and the hotel is in very good condition.
