Room had been upgraded like on TV adverts so expected comfort. We were two ladies sharing a room but there are no twin rooms only family rooms, which means one person gets the new comfortable king size and the other is left with a hard lumpy divan base type single bed which pulls out from underneath it. (They do erect... More

I think all Travelodge hotels welcome pets. I booked a family room although there were only 2 of us travelling - we have a very large dog - and it was perfect. The hotel is set well back from the motorway. We were lucky and had a room overlooking a pleasant piece of grassland, great for lead walking. Room, bathroom... More

Travelling round the UK on a short time frame has meant that we have some hit and miss experiences, this was definitely a hit. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and well set out, but the best part was the lovely green area behind the hotel where guests could walk around a little piece of countryside... 1 night stay, provided the basics for a family if 4. Welcomed and ok staff, polite but half asleep. A little hard to find once off the motorway, had to ask services as sat nav was abit lost itself. Lots of parking and great having Costa next door open all night. Would stop again if needed.

This Travelodge has been upgraded recently and the beds are really comfortable. The rooms are airy and clean. We used as a stopover on the way to Cornwall. For the price I don't think you can get better. I would highly recommend.

Yes, it's a travelodge. However, it's better than the average. We stayed overnight on a Saturday whilst we visited the local area for leisure. Only issue we had, and it's minor, was this: When you are staying in either the East or Westbound hotels at Leigh Delamare, there is a road between the two which guests are permitted to use.... We stayed whilst walking the Cotswold Way. We were worried about staying in a motorway service area but we need not have been. As good as any Premier Inn we have stayed in, tremendous value for money and clean comfortable rooms. A special word for the reception staff - they were lovely.

if you're looking for disabled accommodation this is not for you. The disabled room is tiny. Unless you physically shift the bed across the room you cannot get a wheelchair next to it. There's no central heating, only an electrich heater screwed to the wall. No hot water was available. Although the website states that you can get from the... More

Stayed for 2 nights; got a really good price. Despite the hotel being on the services, its surrounded by woodland and grassed areas. Accommodation can be accessed from both the motorway and the local roads, so it's easy to visit the surrounding area. Chippenham is about 5 miles away. Room was clean and tidy and of a good size. Parking... More

I have stayed in this Travelodge over a period of some 5 months due sto business/work commitments. Initially I thought it a little bit shabby , but the staff were very friendly. As I spent more time I found that there were positives which did not immediately spring to mind . It is in a very leafy set of grounds,... More
