Very convenient for visiting friends and family. Close to New Forest, Southampton and Bournemouth. Very comfortable hotel with good in room facilities and Beefeater restaurant. Great staff. Well located with good parking.

Went to Christchurch to visit friends for the bank holiday weekend.. We stayed here for the same weekend last year the receptionist knew this when she welcomed us. We were given a comfortable quiet room with a choice of firm or soft pillows, which was new. Had a good sleep followed by a hearty breakfast. Will definitely be back.

Lots of banging doors all night and due to a power cut no cooked breakfast either. At least I did get a refund the next morning but I really wanted a good nights sleep. Seemed like there were lots of groups of men laughing and making noises at gone 1am in the morning.
