A real gem! Many four and five star hotels could learn plenty from this top end accommodation. The rooms were spotless and contained nice finishing touches like toiletries and a Costa coffee machine. Thanks for making our stay perfect we would definitely stay again.

Spent two weeks staying at this bed and breakfast establishment, while visiting my family in Christchurch (Dorset, England) and the New Forest in Hampshire. Yas, and her staff, were very helpful, service was excellent, and the breakfasts "to die for!" My room was maintained at the highest level, and very comfortable! Staying there for two weeks showed that the service... More

Myself and my wife stayed at the Grosvenor for a couple of nights, we were going to see Billy Ocean, in Christchurch. The B & B was great, Yaz the owner was very helpful, as was her daughter. Conversations went from buying cars to booking restaurants. They were ever so helpful, telling us where to go and also the added... More

We were looking for a place to stay that was sort of between the New Forest and Bournemouth and stumbled across this B&B as the price was much better than other places where no breakfast is provided, and I do love a good breakfast! The room was lovely, with all the expected items such as a tv and tea and... More

We booked here for a one night stay whilst visiting friends and were very impressed with the cleanliness, service, friendliness of the staff, comfort of the bed and especially the full English breakfast. As the breakfast was included in the very reasonable price we did not expect to be served such delicious food with so many options, the eggs were... More

I was attesting a nearby wedding and instead of going for the advised travel lodge or premier inn I decided I would prefer a local B and B. Was not disappointed, Yaz the owner called me on the morning of my stay to assure me that if she wasn't in when I arrived to make myself at home and that... More

Wow, only stayed for one night but wish I could have stayed more! Fantastic little place, lovely staff, amazing breakfast, well equipment and immaculately clean rooms and the beds were so comfortable! By far the best of any hotel or B&B I have stayed in. Also located well for everything, an easy walk into town and direct route to all... More

Everyone should experience Grosvenor Lodge - the best of B&Bs. I have travelled the country for many years and never stayed in a B&B so comfortable and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble, and Yaz, the proprietor, is a remarkable woman and a real character. If you're in the Christchurch (or Bournemouth) area, stay at Grosvenor Lodge.

We booked into this B&B as we were attending an 80th birthday party on the Sunday. The accommodation was first class, parking outside, room very nice indeed and the staff at the hotel truly made our stay perfect! Bathrooms were excellent and all very clean. Breakfasts were lovely and our 3 night stay a real success. We would 100% recommend... More
