We've been here twice now and every time we come back it just gets better and better. There are a whole lot of new things this time, a brilliant new tyre frame made out of recycled tyres which wobbles when the kids climb on it, a really cool sculptural fire pit that echoes when you sing (either that or it... Just back from mid week trip to the Dome Garden. We were a small family unit and had a truly amazing time. The Domes were cosy and we loved lighting all the fires. Kids loved foraging for twigs in the forest for kindling and hubby chopped wood all day long! Best thing was we really chilled and for once barely... More

We stayed here as part of a group of 11 for a 50th birthday. When we arrived we were warmly greeted and checked in but unfortunately our group and the other group there were the first of the season and it was fairly obvious they weren't really ready for us. Luckily most of us were hardy campers and had brought... More

I stayed with a group of 11 friends celebrating a birthday. It's a challenge to find.. no signs.. but once there I had my hopes up! My idea of camping was always an en suite and a bed! Well, a shared bathroom was seen to be near enough! You take all your stuff as if camping but without the tent... More

Well I could write a massive review! It was simply great. We stayed over the October half term so always risky in terms of weather but we got lucky. It was mild and only one light shower. We stayed in the Superdome. Family with 3 children 11,6 and 7 months, along with Nanny & Grandad and there was more than... More

It's the first time I've felt the need to write a review - but I just wanted to say what a fantastic weekend we had here. We became experts at making fires, chopping wood and making pizza! But best of all was seeing my shy little boy make friends with the other children and run around the campsite. It was... More

The first thing you notice when you arrive at the dome garden is the unworldly domes - they look like spaceships that have somehow landed in the forest. They are so unlike ordinary tents that going inside one you enter another world ... but the irony is that it's the opposite of hi-tech. It's comfortable, for sure, but many of... More

Just returned from a long weekend with our 2 boys (6 & 4 yrs) and had the most magical time. They ran wild in the garden playing with all the other kids on the rope swings, willow dens etc whilst we relaxed with a glass of wine. There is a great communal vibe, but it's not intrusive if you'd rather... More

This is without any doubt the best glamping to be found in the UK. Absolutely top notch, first rate and we are definitely going back. We enjoyed our stay enormously. We took advantage of the local bike hire and went to beechenhurst for archery and wall climbing. The team at the dome garden are so welcoming and friendly and really... More

We spent a long weekend at the Dome Garden and my son (8) proclaimed it to be his best holiday...ever. For me, as a single parent, it was somewhere where my son could run wild, with new-found friends and I could hang out with other, very relaxed, adults. The domes are super-spacious with comfy beds, equipped with crisp cotton sheets... More
