On 31st December 2013 my husband & I together with my father-in-law, my sisters and 1 of my sister's boyfriend attended another fabulous New Year's Eve Dinner/Dance at Hunter's Hall. The theme being the Great Gatsby. Being back at Hunter's Hall always without fail brings back wonderful happy memories of our Wedding Day there in June 2006 - a wonderful... More

We stayed recently in one of the Gig rooms, it was absolutely perfect when staying with a toddler. The room had more than everything you would need, modern bathroom, large room with huge bed, with fully equiped kitchennette, TV, iron etc and french doors on to a wonderful patio area with orchard beyond. Fantastic for our 2 year old to... More

Stayed here for one night for a friends wedding. At first I was dismayed on how the venue was literally in the middle of nowhere, but when I got there I realised that this fact was one of its selling points. Being an active farm it gave the place real character. Beware, there is literally NO phone coverage. I had... More

Myself and my new husband got married at Hunters Hall on the 22nd Sept 2012, we were looking for a lovely barn for a countryside wedding and it definitely delivered! We found a lot of barn venues were newer buildings that were made to look like a barn setting with hefty price tags, but Hunters offered a traditional barn setting... More

We booked this venue for a wedding breakfast, to include afternoon tea on the lawn, all along we were led to believe all cakes would be home made, but embarrassingly guests were served supermarket own brand slices, and by their very nature everyone knew they had come from the supermarket - awful. Totally unacceptable. So very disappointed. Ruined the day... More

Me and my husband got married at Hunters Hall yesterday and I cannot speak highly enough of the venue or staff. Everything was perfect, the food was amzing and we all had such a fabulous time in the rose gardens and farm surrounding.

This is a fabulous B & B. The large, airy room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. It was a pity we were not asked which elements of a Full English we wanted as I don't like sausages for breakfast and it seemed such a waste. Otherwise, I couldn't fault it and the setting is lovely... More

Three years in a row and Hunters Hall always delivers. It's such a quiet spot with no Wifi and no mobile reception - absolutely perfect. The staff are friendly and helpful, and hearty, fresh breakfast is delicious. Having Darby's for excellent food and ales just down the lane is great - although there is the Angel in the village as...
