Spent an amazing weekend on a spa break with a friend. Felt totally spoilt. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Food was really good and we both felt that the portion sizes were just right. We had an Executive twin room which was very clean and quite modern. Attended a friends wedding at this hotel and would have to say that the level of service recieved was awful. The bar staff at the reception were disinterested and slow. The bar tariff is one of the most expensive that I have seen and for these prices the service should be A1. more
