I stayed only one night at this B&B, but I recommend it as a friendly and comfortable place to stay near Enniskillen. Our second floor room with a double bed and en suite bath was quite small (room size varies), but attractively furnished and clean, with a view of Lough (pronounced "lock" as in Loch Ness, for Americans like me)... We arrived late with a boat in tow and were given a lovely welcome . Rooms are small but very comfortable. Reception areas spacious and with plenty of books and things to do. Hosts are charming and friendly. Could not be more helpful. Lovely easy slip for launching a boat and well fendered jetty to lie alongside. Great place for... More

Driving up to the house we were unsure of what to expect, it is set back from the road. We were pleasantly surprised by the beautiful garden and view. My brother-in-law and I walked down to the lake where the water was deep, clean and cold. There is a wrap around deck for sitting or breakfasting in the back, weather... More

Arrived for a 1 night stay on 19th sept 2013. The location is excellent. Sam was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and had a nice view of the Lough. Breakfast was superb. For the the price you pay, I feel you get amazing value for money. I would definitely stay again.

The location was simply delightful, overlooking Lough Erne in Enniskillen. I had booked many months prior for a stay 4 nights and paid a deposit. The house had a homely atmosphere and hosts Anne & Sam were welcoming but our disappointment started when we saw the room. Rather than lovely lake views as promised in the web site, we had... More

A friend and I visited Tudor Farm in July on arrival we were met by 2 very blank looking faces, when we said we had a booking we where told that our room had been given away (on other words they weren`t expecting us, we had our booking confirmation) we were given the attic room (small, pokey, no blind on... My parents and I stayed here in for a few nights in February. Anne and Sam were extremely lovely and helpful, though my personal favorites are the dogs! Anne cooked us amazing breakfast and helped us with our trip schedule, and Sam was nice enough to take us on a boat ride to nearby islands. The room was very comfortable... More

I suppose these days, in a time of economic belt tightening, we all want value for money - and that's maybe where Tudor Farm fails. Tudor farm sits up a lane off the Boa Island Road, and I imagine it would be impossible to stay here without a car as its fairly isolated. On arrival we were welcomed by the... More

My boyfriend and I visited Tudor Farm in May and received an extremely warm welcome from Anne and Sam. Our room was remarkably comfortable and relaxing and had its own private decking and door leading to the lake and fabulous views. We were offered beverages on arrival and a superb breakfast in a beautifully decorated dining room overlooking the lake.... More

My family and I - 2 young kids- enjoyed 2 long weekends at Tudor Farm in 2012 ---- the best home from home you'll get!! Breakfast Scrummy----rooms very comfy---- and our wee speedboat was launched the minute we got there from the private jetty--- it was as safe as houses there the whole time--- only minutes away from Lusty and...
