I took the children (12 and 10) to stay as a treat before they went back to school. We arrived at lunch time, I didn't expect our room to be ready for check in, but it was! Reception staff were very friendly. Our room was nice and spacious. Headed straight to the leisure centre..being lunch time it was quiet, had... More

Dear Beanmhi Thank you very much for reviewing your pre-school treat with your children. The Health Club pool is a big hit with our visiting children and gives adults a chance to indulge in the Hot-tub and Jacuzzi. You obviously hit it lucky with the weather during your stay and got to enjoy a spell outside too. Its so good... More

My husband and I have stayed here a couple of times and the place just gets better and better! This time however we decided to stay in the chalets as they are pet friendly. I'm not sure who enjoyed it more? Us or the dog! It was absolutely fantastic! Weather was grim as usual but the place was awesome! It... More

Dear michellex058 Thank you so much: its great you found the chalets so comfortable and warm. They are excellent for staying over with a family group and with pets. Even at this time of year the views are out of this world and the ducks are so nosey and bossy as they come right up to the chalets - I... More

A really nice and pleasant hotel which was situated in a lovely area. My room was clean, tidy, quiet, and well presented. The staff were exceptionally polite and welcoming; nothing was too much trouble for them and they are a credit to the hotel. My evening meal was delicious and well priced. Breakfast was equally superb.

My husband got a voucher for the Killyhevlin for his birthday so we thought we'd take ourselves away for a night and take advantage of the sleepy Sunday offer. Stayed here for 2 nights with my boyfriend and we found the hotel lovely, it was very clean and they have very friendly staff. The pool/sauna/steamroom and outdoor hottub is very good and relaxing. Dear SecurityConcern Thank you for reviewing your 3 night stay with us during our rather dubious summer of 2012.
