Found it by accident but very glad we did! Great selection of food (local seafood especially good), delightful staff and lovely atmosphere. Good for children and families. Will definitely be back whenever we can!

We was on a day trip to Fowey and just wanted light refreshments at lunch time. We made the choice of a Cream Teas and wasn't disappointed. The scones were both delicious and served warm with very generous helpings of jam and clotted cream. Next time we are in Fowey we will be going back for more!

Adam and his wife are the kindest of people - most caring and considerate. Me and my partner spent two nights on top of the tearoom - as there is only one guest room we were the only ones staying over night in the beautiful old house. Besides the owners themselves of course. The breakfast and complimentary scones are incredible.... More

An oasis of calm and refinement in a sea of bustling tourist mayhem. An incredible, delicate crab frittata, wonderful cake and sandwich selection, friendly attentive staff and a toilet in a bedroom - what more could you ask for! We'll be back.

This is really a delightful tea room, bursting with charm. The service is excellent and friendly and the decor is charming. There is a great selection of sandwiches, salads, cakes etc. I can highly recommend the crab sandwiches and the homemade soup was the best I had ever had (broccolli and blue cheese). The cakes are always absolutely delicious and... More

Every time I'm in cornwall I make a point of going here. There is a lovely choice of homemade cakes that are moist, unusual and really tasty. I startle to know what to choose every time. The is a cute little patio garden with lots of greenery out the back and the best thing is that the room on the... More

Called in to this delightful tea room today for a cuppa and a slice of cake after visiting the Christmas Market in Fowey. Wonderfully relaxed place with friendly and welcoming staff where nothing is too much trouble. I am gluten and dairy free and this fab place happily cater for EVERYONE! Adam & Teresa are two of the nicest people... More

....that the toilet for café guests is not in the B&B room! I contacted the owners to ask about it and they explained that the toilet is in a room that happens to have a bed in it, but no one stays there. So don't be put off - your privacy will be assured. We intend to go there next... More

There is only the one room but it is extremely comfortable and you are so well taken care of as the only guests. Nothing was too much trouble for the fantastic hosts Adam and Theresa. Very Quirkey location with extremely professional and helpful staff in the tea room. The food is to die for and the bath is large enough... More

On the high street in Fowey is the Dwelling House. I had a ham toasted sandwich on granary bread with chilli jam and side salad. Simple but delicious. Hubby had sticky toffee pudding for lunch! You can choose from about 15 loose teas. They also sell the teas loose and little Japanese teapots. The staff are so friendly and went... More
