I have used the Red House many times on business trips to Grantham and always find a welcome greeting waiting for me. The rooms are good, clean and well maintained, and yes the breakfast is spot on to start your day. Close to the town center with several pubs and choices of where to eat. I have stayed at the Red House in Grantham, several times over the past two years and find it excellent in every way . When visiting the area, don't bother to look around for anything better because I don't think you will find it. Just give Amy a ring at the Red House. Mel Phair from Ipswich more

My husband and I have just had three wonderful nights at The Red House Guest House in Grantham. We had a beautiful ground floor ensuite double room which despite being next to a busy road was very quiet. The breakfast was excellent and the owners made us feel very welcome and comfortable. My husband, 16 yr old daughter and myself stayed at the Red House B & B for two nights June 24 - 25. The family room we had on the top floor was lovely and big.
