We booked two rooms for our family at Rosehall. The owners are delightful and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable. Our room was spacious and newly redecorated and had a large bathroom. Our adult children had a twin bedroom on the top floor with a separate hallway bath. There were nice soaps in the bathroom and delicious cookies in the... More

Slightly dated interior but delightful owners and hospitality. Very clean and wonderful breakfast. Right in the middle of Granton on Spey with restaurants, tea shops and convenient stores just a stone throw away from the front door.

We hadn't booked - just arrived looking for a room for the night and we couldn't have picked nicer/better accommodation. We had a large room nicely furnished and decorated with a very comfy bed, crisp white bed linen and spotlessly clean (as was all of the house). The breakfast was lovely, with a good variety to choose from, and was... More

We toured Scotland for almost two weeks and no B&B topped the Rosehall. We occupied three rooms. All were furnished with care and style. The beds were comfy. The place was spotless. Nice touches in the room -- cookies and tea. The full breakfasts were great -- eggs and smoked salmon, or the full Scottish breakfast -- and supplemented with... More

Stayed here for one night whilst walking the Speyside Way (we were a party of 3). Excellent accommodation; great location in centre of Grantown; beautifully furnished; spotlessly clean; comfortable beds and great breakfast - what more could we ask for. Martin and Pearl gave us a very warm welcome and were very helpful in suggesting possible venues for our evening... More

My husband & I spent 2 comfortable nights here & were warmly welcomed by Martin. Great location and fabulous building. Not many places to eat by we followed martin's suggestions and had good evenings out. Breakfast was great, both the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs & full cooked option. Our room was clean & comfortable but bit on the small... More

Martin and Pearl were extremely friendly and helpful. On arrival, we felt so welcomed. Our room was comfortable and was kept clean each day. The smell of fresh washing as we walked in after a day out was so lovely. Breakfast was great and the location was fantastic. If you like walking, this is a great base. There are loads... More

Grand old stone house, a little dated decor wise, but fantastic spot right in the main square. Not much to do here in the evenings, unless passing through (most restaurants I found in the Cairngorms area stop serving food at 8pm - so be warned!!). Personally I found the bed hard and uncomfortable with a mismatch of furniture in the... More

My husband and I were very impressed with Rose Hall. Martin and his wife are genuinely nice people. Martin gave us great suggestions for places to eat and drink in town. The location makes for easy walking to anything in Grantown. Our room was beautiful, clean, big, and the big shower space made it much more convenient for leg-shaving. We... More

The guest house is really well located in the centre of town and is clean and tidy. We thought it was a little more expensive than other B&Bs in Scotland, but we did have a very nice experience. We really like picking from a menu for breakfast. Our room was at the front of the house, very large and very... More
