Return visit for a big family get-together in GoS, and very pleased to say that Karen and Neil are still hitting above the bar in all regards to our stay. Superlative reception and standards of service and lovely food - homemade bread and I learned all about jugged kippers from Neil! Lots of helpful info about distillery visits and beaches... More

Karen and Neil were the BEST! From the moment we stepped into their beautiful home, we felt as if we had been friends forever. Of course, one of the first highlights was meeting another Neil at the River Spey who showed us his expertise fly fishing skills. Our room was wonderful, the breakfast was out of this world. As were... More

The rooms are comfortable and the breakfast delicious. Grantown is a great base from which to explore the surrounding countryside and beyond... More

Karen and Neil were great, we stayed in Sept. it was only for one night, if you go stay for at least 2 nights great place to rest your head, enjoy a great breakfast head out for the day and return for a good dinner in town(Neil's pick). Top choice for our two weeks in Scotland. Scott and Jennifer Ontario

We were made very welcome on arrival,we had a very nice room, and were given welcome help with booking a restaurant for dinner that night and told how to get the early Diner's reduction and finally enjoyed very nice breakfast before leaving. Happy to recommend.

My husband and I spent 2 nights in September at Rossmor. We were entering our 3rd and final week in Scotland so able to compare Rossmor with other B&B's. Rossmor is definately at the top of the list! The house is beautifully kept, furnished with period pieces and Karen and Neil obviously enjoy hosting travelers in their home. They were... More

Lovely Victorian house.Karen and Neil are friendly and caring hosts.Quiet and clean with delicious breakfasts.Rossmor is a little off the Speyside Way path but worth the extra walk ( and Neil very kindly drove us back to the start the next morning to save our weary legs!)

Thank you for your lovely review. We hope that you enjoyed walking the rest of the Speyside Way and that the Ballindalloch stretch wasn't too tiring for you both. If you return to the Cairngorms in the future, there are some wonderful walks directly from our doorstep and within a few miles drive which you could consider. It would be... More

Our stay in Rossmor Guest House was one of the highlights of our trip to Scotland. Karen and Neil were wonderful hosts who were able to give us tips on most things around the area. The house itself is beautiful and the breakfast a delight. Highly recommended.

RossMor is a wonderful place to stay and made even better by Karen & Neil's warm hospitality. They really took the time to make sure my daughter and I (and indeed, all the guests) knew we were most welcome. Our room was clean, comfortable and charming - and we had a wonderful view out over the hills - fantastic! We... More

What a lovely review, thank you! We hope that you enjoyed your time in Aviemore and that both pairs of feet have fully recovered, especially 'welshdreamer' junior. If you return to the Cairngorms again, it would be lovely to see you both, there are some great walks from our doorstep which you could try. Thank you once again, Karen and... More
