This is a very nice hotel situated in a picturesque town. The drive up from Glasgow is stunning through the Cairngorms. The room I had was number 7 which had 2 single beds? The bar snack menu is pretty good and the haddock & chips is really nice. Friendly bar staff and owners. The breakfast was plentiful and the guests... More

I booked a twin room, with breakfast, for a one night stay, through 'Booking.com' @ £72.50 for two people. (This was to be one of two 'stopping-off' places on our way to Orkney.) Seafield Lodge is on a quiet street running parallel to (and one street behind) the main street. The first room I was shown had no direct outlook... More

Easy to find this hotel. Very warm welcome. Assistance provided with luggage. Room was clean and fresh. TV and tea making equipment worked fine. Wifi unreliable throughout hotel. Had dinner in the bar. Excellent steak pie ! No noise from surroundings. Good night's sleep. Great bathroom with shower. Comfortable communal lounge. Breakfast provided in a separate room. Very nice.

Booked one night for our golf outing at the fabulous Strathspey Golf Course, the hotel was ideal. Straight to the bar for check in? Oh well, any excuse for a tipple. Friendly hosts- struggled with my accent a little though haha.. Good location, clean room albeit the soundproofing wasn't up to much- the room next door had a large dog... More

Stayed one night on a last minute business trip to Highlands. Hotel was quiet but roaring fire in the bar with a hugh selection of whiskeys to choose from if that is your tipple. I ate in the bar which has a more than adequate menu, food was good, nice local brewed beer on tap and very friendly service. Room... More

When travelling as a camera man/film maker, I sometimes have to check in late and check out very early, so I rely on the hotel for food and a good nights sleep. At the Seafield Lodge I was given a friendly welcome, food in the bar was very good, room clean, bed comfy and when I mentioned that I'd be... More

This is a lovely run small family hotel and the owners have put 7 years of hard work into their business. It was spotlessly clean - everything worked in the room which was fresh and bright as well as comfortably warm. Lovely small lounge area for guests and delightful breakfast room with very good breakfast all freshly prepared and nicely... More
