This establishment has done something that is very difficult to do and that is maintained an excellent standard. As before the attention to detail is spot on and everything that can be done to help those staying is done. Really top class.

We had wine and cheese in the beautiful living room, and a breakfast to die for, anything and everything you could want to start your day. Jane and her husband were terrific fun. They recommended a local pub for dinner which we enjoyed. The owner was a hoot, an additional positive experience. Oh, our room was lovely.

I first stayed here 5 years ago and booked for two nights Oct '13 with no hesitation due to good memories from that occasion. It's quality from top to toe at this establishment. The hosts are friendly, informative and provide a fantastic breakfast. The house is attractive and the room was comfortable and tastefully furnished. Folders of local info have... More

This was like arriving home and having mom meet you with a warm cuppa and a hug after being away at school. The owners are enthusiastic, warm, very friendly and attentive to your every need. The house is warm and wonderful. There is a large sitting room with library and all kinds of information about the area, including books on... More

Walking Speyside Way and arrived with a dental problem which Jane and Gary did everything they could to help with. It is impossible to fault this guest house - extremely friendly and helpful owners, great room with wonderful bed and bathroom and the best breakfast all week (the home-made muesli is exceptional and the array of fresh fruit really welcome).... Friendly welcome - tired after walking a section of the Speyside Way & glad to get there. Quiet location but near centre. No evening meals supplied but fetched what I needed from local Co-op & my hosts provided plates, cutlery & mayo - perfect! I had a single room, spotless, & shared bathroom but only with one other person so... More

After a long day arrived here to a very warm and friendly welcome from Jane and Garry. I was with three friends from New York who thought the house was superb. Rooms cosy, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Went to eat at the Craig Bar which was close by. An experience to be savoured. You have to meet Robbie and you... More

I'd just walked 17 miles from Aviemore, what better than to be welcomed and told there was plenty of hot water for a bath! Lovely room, in a great location - quiet, but only a few minutes walk from the town centre. As for the breakfast... wow. A vast array of fruits, delicious home-made muesli, and a big cooked breakfast.... More

We had a wonderful experience at Kinross House. They made sure our room was set up correctly. They were super friendly and helpful. The house is absolutely lovely. The rooms are very nice, with all the amenities (better than many hotel rooms). Breakfast was amazing and I would definitely recommend this B&B.

I can't say enough about the warm welcome, helpfulness, and amazing breakfast that I experienced at Kinross House. The hosts are lovely and very helpful, without being overbearing, not to mention being terrific cooks. I am definitly a 'breakfast guy' and they cook a mean breakfast. (Which was necessary before a long day of whisky tasting.) Without a doubt, this... More
