We booked the family room for a weekend in August. We didn't expect nothing special for £120 for 3 people but what we found was terrible. The room smelt moist and one of single beds smelt too. when we asked the staff for changing the room, they just recommended our son to sleep in another bed! The different matter there... More

Wifi does not work and shouldn't be advertised as a wifi hotel as didn't work anywhere!! We stayed for three nights in october and found the hotel to be okay! The room size was on the small side, they were clean but out dated. The most frustrating things were the heat and the poor quality beds. Neither of us slept... More

Me and my partner stayed one night at this hotel in August. The rooms were clean, staff friendly and the breakfast was great. We thought 90 pounds per night was a little steep but there was free parking and breakfast was included in the price. Walls were very thin and we were woken at 6am by a crying baby in... More

There are only a few things that need addressing. The shower water pressure and temperature control, the lamp shades in some of the rooms and the cutlery and crockery. The place is relaxing, clean and friendly, the breakfast and other meals are excellent. Barry and Sandra are nice as are the rest of the staff and currently I understand the... More

First impressions is that the hotel is situated amongst all the other more expensive premises in Great Yarmouth. Previous reviews do mention the attitude of the staff which I found to be correct upon first arrival. The welcome was poor to say the least and the lady (of foreign accent) was abrupt to say the least. I believe that the... More

This hotel is situated in a quiet area of Great Yarmouth, about 5 minutes walk from the centre. It is situated on the sea front. The hotel has 20 rooms with some having views of the promenade gardens and sea. The hotel is very clean and all the staff are very friendly. Rooms are very comfortable providing tea and coffee...
