Steve and Sarah were very friendly hosts, who provided an excellent breakfast and everything else that goes to make a very comfortable stay indeed. They also walked the extra mile to return a lost item which was much appreciated. I would recommend St. Anne's Hotel. more

Convenient location for all of the local attractions & amenities. Steve & Sarah make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive & nothing is too much trouble. Room was spotlessly clean & very comfortable. Full English breakfast was plentiful & set us up for the day. Easy parking. Great value for money. Thououghly enjoyed our stay at St Annes. Steve and Sarah always go out of their way to make us geel welcome. The hotel is clean and comfortable and is great value for money; it has easy access to the town and seafront and the breakfast is the best in Yarmouth! We will definitely return. cheers!
