This was such a disappointment. We had booked in for dinner at 7. We arrived at 7pm on Saturday, after a six hour journey, with elderly parents in their nineties. There was 8 of us staying at the Kensington which included 2 young children and two elderly grandparents who are both disabled and needed wheelchair access. The hotel provided everything we needed. The rooms were very clean, the staff could not do enough to help you, A fantastic weekend had by all. more

Just had a 2 week holiday at the Kensington Hotel with my wife and 2 children.
