Furzedown Hotel gives you great quality with a reasonable price. Hotel is very friendly, right next to Great Yarmouth beach, very close to the town centre. I liked it Victorian style, free wireless internet and very good dinners. Personel is very friendy and will make you fill like a touch of home if you will be staying for longer periods.

Brilliantly ran hotel, staff really nice and helpful (came and found me, so I didnt get a parking ticket and then moved my car for me) brilliant food, large clean rooms. Very happy customer. Will only be using this hotel when in Great Yarmouth.

Had to stay on an extended trip down in GY and absolutely loved my time at the Furzedown, Paul and Lisa were great hosts as we're the rest of the staff. Nothing was an issue,always happy to help. We stayed for a last minute one night break over the May Day weekend. The hotel is run by a family and they were very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfy, the breakfast good and the location excellent, on the beach but away from all the noise of the South Drive.

Booked late for a 2 night stay on bank holiday weekend. The room was clean and comfortable, the hosts very welcoming. There is a relaxed atmosphere in this hotel but nothing is too much trouble. Friendly staff and owners. The location of the hotel is far away from the sea front to not have any noise issues at night but not far enough to walk to. The room was just what we needed and we were made to feel welcome by all and would recommend this hotel to everyone.
