Ok so its old and needs some refurbishment but this is outweighed by the friendliness of staff and quality of food. More

This hotel does need a little modernisation, the room was adequate, though the shower was hardly a power shower. The best feature was the staff, the cute barman/waiter/general everything was excellent, so was most of the rest of the staff. They were all very young but very enthusiastic, friendly and welcoming. Our stay was for 3 nights, unkown to us our room was next to the housemaids room so the noise was unbearable when they came into work early in the morning. There is refurbishment going on on the outside but its the in side that needs urgent updating. The staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast was excellent. Good value. More

3 stayed for 2 nights. Bit oldy worldy but enjoyed the character of the building. All the staff couldnt do enough for you. Food excellent. Rooms clean and tidy. Had breakfast in bed well worth it. Would stay again definetley. More
