What a amazing stay. The staff were so friendly and great with the disabled guest in our party. The rooms were really lovely and spacious. Also the hotel was so clean. The food was so yummy and all the waitresses were very friendly. Especially Gillian who made all the guests feel really special. Also all the staff were very helpful... More

My son and I have just returned from a two night stay at the Imperial, which is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. There is normally a spot of mold somewhere in the bathroom, or a curly hair missed, however this was not the case, the room and the hotel in general was immaculate. On one day,... More

Just got back from a long weekend at the Imperial. Had a wonderful time with many friends who also stayed there. The staff were absolutely fabulous - even though we had a moan about a broken shaver point - they allocated another room for us without any fuss. The food was fantastic and the breakfast was wonderful - served at... More

We have just had a lovely weekend at The Imperial. The staff are all lovely and polite and helpful. The food is just perfect. The best breakfast ever and so nicely served to your table. The girls on the desk made my birthday very special. The thing that I could fault is that I do not agree with dogs being in a four star... Just had an enjoyable 4 night stay at the imperial. staff were always polite and helpful and albeit hotel and room are a little tired I feel this adds to the charm. Breakfast was really good each morning. This was our 2nd stay after 1st visiting in 2010 and both stays were on the whole enjoyable. Only negative was that... More

I stayed here for three nights recently and, despite its bathroom problems, I took greatly to the place. The Imperial is of some age now and it shows but that is part of its charm. While the bedrooms are smaller than what a modern traveller might expect, the bigger problem for me was the 'shower over bath' contraption that was... More

Great Yarmouth a great family resort, ideal for children. Been staying at the Imperial for many years. A great family run hotel. Breakfast on the Terrace amazing, dinner in the Cafe Cruz excellent, snack in Bar Fizz quality. Rooms excellent. Service Excellent. Disability friendly, there is a lift up to all floors. The only place to stay.

We have no summer holidays planned this year and to break up the long slog to our break in the fall we decided to take a Friday off of work and head to the seaside. Having chosen Great Yarmouth, the Imperial Hotel came up so well in the reviews that we didn't look any farther. We decided to splash out... More

We were out for an afternoon walk and came across this hotels restaurant. The menu looked nice so we popped in for Brunch. Had soup and main and we had nothing but praise, so a few days later we returned for a late lunch and again the top notch chef produced. Everything was cooked to perfection. The only downside we found... More
