Just spent an away weekend here with D.R.F.C & nothing could be faulted. Rooms were spotless. Food fantastic & lovely polite staff. It is on the sea front & just 5 mins walk to town. They provided evening entertainment which was excellent. This hotel is thoroughly recommended. There is even the added pleasure of an indoor swimming pool if you... More

Fantastic place to stay in Yarmouth. Kids had a great time, indoor heated pool topped off a really relaxing break. Hotel was clean and bright and staff were all really friendly and helpful and were really good to the children. Hotel was very busy while we were there yet service was still quick and food was good. Location was perfect,... More

Booked a Sunday lunch for the family and was disappointed from start to finish. Walked into a dining room that needs to be completely renovated as the decor was dated and shabby The average age of customer was probably 70. It was probably quite prestigious back in the 50's but it is lacking any quality now. The menu was predictable... More

We decided on impulse after sons wedding to extend our weekend and headed to Gt. yarmouth we drove along sea front and come across the Burlington Palm Hotel ,impressive frontage if not a little dated ,on entering the foyer the inside again was dated but you get the warm friendly nostalgic feeling of a original grand hotel that can be... I stayed for a sewing event over the weekend and had a wonderful time. The staff were excellent and very professional, the food was well cooked, piping hot and an excellent range to suit anyone at breakfast and evening meal. My room was generously sized with a small but adequate TV. The room had a bath and shower over and... More

We stayed for three days to play whist in this very pleasant hotel. We had an executive double room which had a massive bed, large modern television and lovely sea views. The bathroom with its pink suite was very dated but everything was nice and clean. The walls were not very thick as we were kept awake by someone in... More

I have recently returned with a group of people from a whist holiday at the Burlington Palm. Firstly, the hotel was very good with regards to cleanliness, food, and service (although it was sometimes slow at dinner). It is in an excellent position on the seafront, and close to the town centre. But we were on a whist holiday -... More

We stayed at The Burlington for five nights beginning on September 11th 2013. The hotel is very dated and many areas in need of modernisation ,although I must say it was extremely clean. Our room number 26 was in need of some major work/money spending on the plumbing. We complained on our first night that the water from the shower... More

This is a large hotel on the seafront and the public rooms are well appointed. Our room on the second floor with a seaview (extra cost) was fine, a double and a single bed, lots of drawer and wardrobe space, large television and drink tray. The bathroom however had only the window ledge at the side of the shower for... More
