We Stayed in the Abigail Suite for 1 night and found it to be filthy, the matress was soiled and the smell was bad (covered in stains!), the bathroom was filthy, the curtains were thick with dirt, carpets were disgusting, the lounge had a 2 seather couch which had holes in the upholstery and was dirty! WOW excellent all round, Staff treated us like royalty!! breakfast in bed, later checkout without charge, open bar all night. We stayed in the Lordships suite and it was like buckinham palace. seperate living room, swags the lot, balcony that you could walk right round the living room. VERY POSH AND CLEAN ALL ROUND. The room, Number 200, was one of the smallest dirty rooms we have ever stayed in. The dust accumulation all over would lead one to think the room had never been cleaned. I would never recommend anybody staying there. more
