Very nice room with a cracking view of the square from the balcony. The owners were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. This is where I'll stay on future trips to Yarmouth.

I have stayed here before and had a wonderful stay but my last visit was placed in room 1 and the bed was the hardest Ive have ever slept on. This resulted in a very uncomfortable night - disappointing.
