My friend and I have just returned from The Limes. The food is all home grown, prepared and cooked. The evening meals are better than a 4 star hotel with a lot of effort put in to preparing them. This lovely victorian house is ideally situated for exploring either the Broads, coast or towns. .

The Limes is a very pleasant B&B. We were made to feel very welcome. The en suite room was very clean & comfortable with all the required facilities. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Evening meal at the Pub just around the corner was excellent. The situation of the B&B peaceful. Would recommend.

Good size room and good bed but kept awake by rock band noises in the background. Cleanliness was good, though the small balcony jutting out from the window could do with a clean out. So nice to have a 'proper' breakfast to start the day, fresh fruit salad followed by a healthy full english with local products and home baked toast and marmalade to die for, highly recommended if you appreciate your food. lovely and clean with a nice and laid back feel. My favourite stay in the whole of norfolk.

Good food, welcoming hosts and very comfortable beds! - In a lovely village setting close to the waterways and a variety of good restaurants in Horning. Jean and Simon were most amiable hosts who made us feel very at home.
