So nice to have a 'proper' breakfast to start the day, fresh fruit salad followed by a healthy full english with local products and home baked toast and marmalade to die for, highly recommended if you appreciate your food. lovely and clean with a nice and laid back feel. My favourite stay in the whole of norfolk. more

Good food, welcoming hosts and very comfortable beds! - In a lovely village setting close to the waterways and a variety of good restaurants in Horning. Jean and Simon were most amiable hosts who made us feel very at home. more

Situated close to the Norfolk Boards and ideal for touring, The holiday started well with a warm welcome from Jean. The room was large and clean (v important) with everything you could need. Good bed and breakfast in the remote areas of Norfolk is hard to come by.
