Not sure what to expect, as never stayed in a b&b before, from arrival our worries were over very welcoming and friendly owners, rooms very clean and well decorated, location superb short walk to seafront and restaurants, very good value for money and great breakfast to start the day with, kids also well catered for... andy and gill beckenham more

Put simply The Elmfield is a well positioned guest house offering excellent value for money. The rooms are spotlessly clean and ours was clearly recently refurbished.
