Just back from a great stay in Yarmouth, we spent a couple of nights at the Seamore Guest House, lovely place, nice clean, tidy rooms, great location near the beach and close to town. Breakfasts were fantastic - worth going back just for those. Just seen a couple of the previous reviews and can't understand them to be honest. Lovely... More

Thank-you for you review. We work hard to keep the rooms clean and nice looking and are constantly looking to improve where we can. Unfortunately the parking situation can be difficult during very busy periods, but we will always do what we can to help. More

Please please do not stay at this B&B the smell is awful & the bedding was dirty & had never seen a iron in its life, as for the towels well you may as well have used a sheet of sand paper. And the reception was so dirty the red sofa had a big stain on it looked like dry... More

I do not believe that this person stayed at our guesthouse, or it is linked to another negative response. Please ensure that you read a few more balanced reviews of us that actually offer useful information before making your mind up about booking with us. More

As soon as you walk through the door there is a damp smells hits you and it's strong The stench of damp is even with you in the room so we had to have window open. The room was so small you could not both move around at the same time. The room was so dusty Not convinced the bedding... More

I believe the guests booked in for a 2-night stay over the Easter Bank Holiday weekend. They left around midday after just the one night saying that they did not feel well after eating out the night before. This review has come as quite a shock as it goes against what 99.9% of our guests tell us. I do not... More

Arrived late in the evening and was greated by a very friendly man. Helped me to my room and ran through the details of the B and B. The accomodation was very clean. Breakfast was flexible and cooked a great fry up. Thank you very much for making my trip a great one. If I am back in the area... More

Second time here, cannot fault it for the Value and location. Will no doubt stay here again next year. My only personal downside is Lincolnshire sausage for breakfast but am sure most people like them and the owner I'm sure if id have asked would have got me a different type. Rest of Brekkie very nice. All in all stay... More

The bnb was the last i tried after being declined from 10 other bnb's for being full. The welcome i recieved was great. The owners who were both present were welcoming and showed me my room which was upgraded from a single to large family room for free £20 the night with ensuite facility and television, and comfortable clean accomodation.... Stayed here when I went to the Caister Soul Weekender because my friends had somewhere onsite. Very friendly owner who knows how to cook a good breakfast in the morning. Happy to make it a late one for the Soul Weekenders who stay up all night. Totally safe for a lone female - would happily stay here again. Thanks Francesca

Stayed for a couple of nights at the end of September and had an excellent stay. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room by the owner who couldn't have been more helpful. The room was good size and was adequate for what we needed. Overall an excellent stay would defiantly recommend and will be back! Thank you

Great value for money, good size room for a family of 4 and a great location near the seafront and pier. The couple were welcoming and helpful who owned it and the breakfast was very good. Will stay again next year for a short break away from the city

Stopped for one night with partner and children. Our hosts were pleasant and professional. Parking isn't a problem because if you don't get one of the free parking spaces then they can sort you a permit for £2 for 24 hours. The guest house is superbly situated for both sea front and main part of town where the cafes /... More
