The bnb was the last i tried after being declined from 10 other bnb's for being full. The welcome i recieved was great. The owners who were both present were welcoming and showed me my room which was upgraded from a single to large family room for free £20 the night with ensuite facility and television, and comfortable clean accomodation.... Stayed here when I went to the Caister Soul Weekender because my friends had somewhere onsite. Very friendly owner who knows how to cook a good breakfast in the morning. Happy to make it a late one for the Soul Weekenders who stay up all night. Totally safe for a lone female - would happily stay here again. Thanks Francesca

Stayed for a couple of nights at the end of September and had an excellent stay. We were warmly welcomed and shown to our room by the owner who couldn't have been more helpful. The room was good size and was adequate for what we needed. Overall an excellent stay would defiantly recommend and will be back! Thank you

Great value for money, good size room for a family of 4 and a great location near the seafront and pier. The couple were welcoming and helpful who owned it and the breakfast was very good. Will stay again next year for a short break away from the city

Stopped for one night with partner and children. Our hosts were pleasant and professional. Parking isn't a problem because if you don't get one of the free parking spaces then they can sort you a permit for £2 for 24 hours. The guest house is superbly situated for both sea front and main part of town where the cafes /... More

Stayed for 1 night with my mum and daughter, sarah and kevin were really nice hosts, if we needed anything they went out of their way to give it, the room was big enough for us, and had everything we needed, clean and tidy! The breakfast was great, kevin was very attentive but not overpowering, fresh cooked food, even my... More

Stayed here for an evening with my 2 children, the b and b is perfectly located near the beach. The owners are really friendly and will help where possible. The breakfast in the morning was freshly cooked and lovely. The family room also had ensuite, which was nice with a lovely shower. Would come back and use again during the... More

We needed a room for one night at a reasonable price to attend a family function. The Seamore is in a perfect location - close to pier & shops & good value for money. Room #4 had just been re-furbished & was comfortable.

Although I live in Great Yarmouth, due to work commitments my partner lives in another part of the country. When he visits, we book into an hotel or guest house. He initially came for a night on Saturday, but we came across a lovely local pub with a live band, and ended up staying out too late the next day.... More
