We booked the Seamore Guest House last minute and were very pleasantly surprised to have a large very comfortable room and were greeted with a friendly welcome by Kevin and his partner. Free wifi and free parking, tea/coffee in room and the linen smelt divine. Super bargain price, best around and great central location. We will be back :)

Very nice people that run the guest house. Really cosy and great value for the price. They made us feel welcome. Very close to the main strip so easy access to food spots and the beach. We will definitely be returning and making this our get away spot for Great Yarmouth.

Thank-you for taking the time to review your 1-night stay at our guesthouse recently. However, I would like to answer a few of the points you have made, just so that potential guests are not put-off by your opinions. Room cleanliness: I take your point about the blinds being dusty, they have not been cleaned recently as they are due... More

On a whim, booked a night here and we were not disapponted. Generally speaking you get what you pay for in terms of hotel accomodation. Just back from a great stay in Yarmouth, we spent a couple of nights at the Seamore Guest House, lovely place, nice clean, tidy rooms, great location near the beach and close to town. Breakfasts were fantastic - worth going back just for those. Just seen a couple of the previous reviews and can't understand them to be honest. Lovely... More

Thank-you for you review. We work hard to keep the rooms clean and nice looking and are constantly looking to improve where we can. Unfortunately the parking situation can be difficult during very busy periods, but we will always do what we can to help. More
