The name is supposed to be tongue in cheek but it's not.The standard of cleanliness was low to downright dirty. The room furniture looked as if it had been bought from a junk shop,My room was quite large for a lone traveller but it had two single beds so I guess when it's fully occupied it'll be a little cramped. All I... My fiancé stayed here for his stag do. Rooms were dated but had a comfortable bed. Good location. Good value but breakfast took forever to get to them. Fiancé Realised the next day he had left his washbag So we called to see if if he had left a wash bag, couldn't get through for a day and a half,... More

After booking the hotel online and reading reviews we were a bit apprehensive but also quiet looking forward to an 80s type hotel ....yep it has all the issues pointed out but it was a quaint old house with every collection of mirrors ,teapots etc you could think off lol. Its not a brand new sparkling hotel you pay a... More

Cycled up from London and were made to feel very welcome by our host Phil. We were given a huge en suite room and also allowed to our bikes in the room which is a massive bonus. Great location right on the coast but set back a street or two so its quiet at night. We were also leaving before... More

Hotel is in prime location for all that Yarmouth has to offer, two minutes from the beach and a minute from Regent street. The décor is tired and dated, but that aside the room was clean and bed very comfortable, and included tea & coffee making facilities, a fridge & microwave. Breakfast was substantial and hot, full English with toast... More

We pre-paid and pre-booked on line, which they stated was a non-returnable booking fee. We asked for a non smoking room due to health reasons. (I thought ALL hotel rooms were supposed to be smoke free..!) We were shown up to our top floor room via a very rickety staircase. Our room stunk of smoke. I reminded the owner that... More

We stayed for three nights and were in a large well decorated room with a large en suite. The terms we were on included breakfast which was without doubt the best full breakfast in a large selection of hotels, see my other reviews. The owners, Patsy and Phil were most helpful, and I appeal toTRIP ADVISOR to sort out their... More
