We stayed in this hotel for a long weekend in september 2008. Me and my boyfriend booked spa room 2, we wanted a room with a jacuzzi bathroom, this was the only one we could find in great yarmouth. There are two rooms with jacuzzi's but spa room 2 looked the nicest.
When we arrived the owners made us feel very welcome, explaining breakfast, fire escapes, the dvds (you can borrow dvds from the dining room) and carrying our bags to our room which was at the top of the building (three storeys). They also allowed our friends to sit in our room whilst we unpacked (our friends were staying at a different hotel as they couldnt get a room in this hotel)
The decor in the room was lovely and modern with a huge flatscreen tv at the bottom of a huge bed! The only badpoint i would add is the quilt was quite heavy and it was quite a hot weekend so i ddi wake up quite a few times whilst i was there because i was too hot!
