Lovely one night stay (Saturday) in a Executive Triple with my mum and my son. Huge double bed and single bed, VVVV clean hotel room, big widescreen TV with sports channels so that kept my son busy, kettle, waters, shortbread, fridge, and dressing gowns. Swimming pool nice and big for a hotel, jacuzzi V powerful, and sauna in ladies changing... more

I booked this hotel with a friend a few days before staying the weekend. We paid £150 for a double room for 2 nights via Lastminute.com (no twin rooms available apparently). Our room was fine although somewhat small, however it had an empty fridge, safe, iron & tea/coffee making facilities, and it was clean. We had a poor choice of t.v.... more

Arrived at the hotel hoping to get Sunday lunch but we were too late only serve up until 2.30pm which was a shame. The hotel is undergoing some refurb so reception is a little tricky to find. On arrival it was obvious that there was a wedding taking place and the wedding party pretty much took over the entire hotel... more

Stayed in the hotel for two nights whilst attending a function locally. The room was "OK" but rather small for what was supposed to be a deluxe room. We ate in the restaurant on the first night and the meal was again "OK". What really ruined the whole experience was that the hotel was hosting a series of "Christmas Parties"... more

Stayed here for a 2 night weekend break. Room was very comfortable and clean. Paid £109 B & B prpn for 2. Food and drinks are expensive, but the food is excellent - especially dinner and from the bar. The afternoon tea is highly recommended and probably the best value order on the lounge menu! Breakfast was not as well... more

We stayed in a deluxe room as part of a wedding party. Even at full rate, this hotel represents very good value for money. The deluxe rooms have been recently upgraded and have everything one could want, including an excellent air conditioning system which worked! Also trouser press, hair dryer, flat screen TV (but poor choice of TV/Radio stations). Bathroom... more

The Langstone is set overlooking the bay, The rooms were modern, comfortable and clean. We ate in thier restaurant "al a carte" and it was very nice indeed. The food was beautifully presented and very well cooked. Breakfast was a joy, the young people serving(students I guess) were brilliant. The food was all freshly cooked a very good selection. We... more

All in all the hotel was fine. I paid the extra for the luxury room, but wasn't overly impressed. I certainly would not have wanted to be in the standard rooms if that is the best they've got. The breakfast was absolutely appalling. I actually commented that we'd have had a better service at Fawlty Towers. Firstly there was a... more
