I stay on here when I am on business with work. The staff are always welcoming and friendly. Location is ideal. Rooms are clean and comfortable, love the beds :). Bathrooms are clean with fluffy towels. Normal good Premier Inn service. Can find no faults with this hotel.

Spent just one night.Wish it had been more.From the moment we booked we were made to feel special. This was a first time stay at a Premier Inn.Food was excellent staff outstanding. Well worth a visit .

“EXCELLENT HOTEL”

From the minute you arrive, the friendly staff make you feel welcome. Rooms well appointed, comfy king size bed, power shower, hair dryer. all you need for a great stay. The breakfast was amazing, all you could eat !!!!!

just what you expect from Premier Inn hotels , room clean and functional, great setting next to a canal and a lovely olde worlde pub with great food at a reasonable price, last orders at 11pm though , i to sum up good value!

“if disabled give a miss”

the disabled facilites are a joke do not stay here if your need a shower, to gwt to thw only room with a shower you have to be let into the hotel by a fire exit or go up and down flights of stairs!!!!!

We frequently visit this hotel because of its location ( next to the canal)and nearness to Harlow town for us to be able to visit friends. The ajoining Beefeater is also great value! The pub has a lovely garden and sitting outside there in the summer feels like being on holiday!
